SECURE DUMPSTER™ | PLAN SET ORIENTATION

How to Read Your Secure Dumpster Plans

A practical, sheet-by-sheet introduction to the standard enclosure plan package. Find the right model, locate the architectural drawings and original signed engineering, and understand what to check before permitting or construction.

Start with the four standard models

Your reusable standard drawing package covers four configurations. These are design identifiers—not a permit or a guarantee that the selected model fits every property. New-build and retrofit conditions have different site-review requirements.

SD-S

Single — New Build
Architectural sheet A3

SD-R

Single — Retrofit
Architectural sheet A4

SD-D

Double — New Build
Architectural sheet A1

SD-RD

Double — Retrofit
Architectural sheet A2

For retrofits, existing wall condition, supports, connections and other site limitations must be reviewed against the signed structural design and applicable code. Do not assume an existing enclosure qualifies just because its dimensions appear similar.

What’s inside the plan-package ZIP?

Every authorized buyer receives access to the same standard ZIP. It contains a Start Here guide, an architectural PDF, the original signed Wynn structural drawings, the original signed Wynn structural calculations and a file-integrity manifest. We do not regenerate engineering files for each buyer.

START HEREPackage contents, sheet index, licensed use and where to start.
CS — CoverFour labeled model renderings, plan-set overview and general notes.
A1SD-D: double new-build architectural configuration.
A2SD-RD: double retrofit architectural configuration.
A3SD-S: single new-build architectural configuration.
A4SD-R: single retrofit architectural configuration.
D1Architectural gate and trim details.
Wynn S0, S1.0, S2.0, S2.1Separate original, signed structural drawing set. Read together with the architectural plans.
Wynn calculationsSeparate original signed structural calculations for the standard design; not a site-specific approval.
Integrity manifestFile checksums for checking that distributed files have not changed.

Important: The architectural sheet index helps you find the relevant configuration; it does not replace structural notes, signed details, qualified engineering review, or local plan-check requirements. Never alter the signed Wynn PDFs.

Five steps before you submit or build

  1. Confirm the actual enclosure and selected model. Match SD-S, SD-R, SD-D or SD-RD to the project, including whether construction is new or retrofit.
  2. Read the entire relevant drawing set. Start with CS and the model’s A-sheet, then D1 and the original signed structural sheets and calculations. Do not substitute a rendering for a construction detail.
  3. Verify the site conditions. Have the appropriate qualified professionals check field measurements, existing concrete/masonry and connections, design assumptions, local codes and any required additional engineering.
  4. Ask the local authority what else is required. A property/site plan, drainage review, fire/hauler access, special inspections or other local documentation may be required. The standard set itself is not a permit or approval.
  5. Keep the signed files intact. Share appropriate copies only for the registered licensed enclosure and keep the files’ signatures and document integrity intact.

Printing the drawings

Open the architectural PDF in a desktop PDF reader and print the six architectural sheets at their original 36 × 24 inch page size when full-size sheets are needed. Ask the print shop not to scale or crop the drawings. Check each printed sheet’s dimensions and scale against the original PDF. The structural files should be printed or submitted according to their own document requirements and the reviewing agency’s instructions.

What does the site license cover?

Purchasing a drawing package does not transfer ownership of the copyrighted plans or authorize unlimited construction. A single-site purchase licenses one identified physical enclosure at its registered location. A five-site purchase provides five separately registered physical-enclosure licenses. Two separately built enclosures at the same address require two distinct license records and identifiers.

The drawing files do not change from one purchaser to another. Your buyer, site, model, order and license details are maintained separately, and valid issued licenses can be checked using our public verification page. A license record does not certify engineering suitability or permit approval.
