Ready-to-assemble framing packages work best when the project information is coordinated early. This checklist helps builders, developers and project teams identify what should be assembled before a meaningful package review.

Project Readiness Checklist

Project address and jurisdiction
Provide the project location and permitting authority.

Current drawing set
Architectural, structural and relevant consultant drawings, with revision dates.

Building dimensions
Footprint, elevations, floor-to-floor heights and major clear spans.

Openings and penetrations
Doors, windows, equipment openings, stairs, shafts and other major interruptions.

Design criteria
Known wind, snow, seismic or other project design criteria from the engineer or code analysis.

System scope
Clarify whether the requested package includes walls, floor trusses, roof trusses or another defined framing scope.

Connection responsibilities
Identify what connection engineering/details are already established and what still needs coordination.

Packaging and delivery
Site access, staging limitations, delivery sequence and preferred shipment timing.

Installation plan
Installing contractor, crew experience and any sequence/phasing requirements.

Target milestones
Pricing date, permit date, fabrication release and desired delivery window.
